These are senior-level, fully onsite roles requiring strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive complex projects within fast-paced enterprise environments. We are hiring two 1099 Contractors for: IT Project Manager SAP MRP Business Analyst / Project Manager Both roles require full time onsite work in Seattle & Redmond, WA for a 6 month contract, with possibility of extension up to 1 year. These roles require individuals who can take ownership from day one—managing timelines, stakeholders, business requirements, operational challenges, and project execution with minimal oversight. The ideal consultants are highly organized, proactive communicators who can successfully bridge technical teams, business operations, vendors, and executive leadership. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across infrastructure, systems, and operational initiatives Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications Coordinate cross-functional teams including networking, systems, security, application, and vendor resources Drive status meetings, reporting, documentation, and executive updates Ensure projects remain aligned with timelines and business objectives Support change management and implementation planning Track dependencies, escalations, and resource allocation Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Strong background managing enterprise IT infrastructure or systems projects Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with MSPs, enterprise IT environments, or regulated industries Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar Must be local to the Seattle metro area and available onsite daily in Seattle and Redmond Preferred Qualifications PMP certification Experience supporting biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organizations Infrastructure modernization or migration project experience The SAP MRP Business Analyst / Project Manager we are seeking is a hybrid SAP MRP Business Analyst / Project Manager who supports manufacturing, materials planning, and supply chain initiatives within a biotech-oriented environment. This role requires both strong SAP functional knowledge and hands-on project management capabilities. The ideal consultant can work directly with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and technical teams to drive process improvements and system-related initiatives.
