Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross‑functional team members. Solve complex engineering and manufacturing challenges and drive practical, cost‑effective solutions. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, bills of material, manufacturing plans, and work instructions. Collaborate closely with Quality to ensure compliance with AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements. Participate in and support internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all engineering and manufacturing activities adhere to AS9100, customer specifications, and industry's best practices. Conduct technical and manufacturing reviews to improve processes, reduce risk, and increase efficiency. Complete design concepts and detailed designs as part of an integrated design and manufacturing team. Apply knowledge of automated control systems, programming, and electrical design to support manufacturing and integration activities. Maintain accurate project and manufacturing documentation, including ECNs, design changes, travelers, and inspection records. Review manufacturing plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria to ensure design and performance requirements are met. Support design validation through testing, analysis, and evaluation of manufacturing test results. Communicate project status, risks, and progress to management and customers as required. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Strong technical background with hands-on experience supporting manufacturing, integration, and test activities.
