This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the restoration industry and grow into a leadership and project management position. The right candidate will be comfortable working in the field, leading technicians, communicating with customers and industry professionals, developing referral relationships, and learning the business side of restoration. This is not a traditional technician position. We are looking for someone with the initiative, professionalism, and drive to eventually take ownership of restoration projects and help grow Rampart Restoration. Compensation During the First 90 Days The first 90 days will be a Leadership Development Period with a salary of $6,500 for the 90-day period . During this time, the candidate will work as a Lead Technician while receiving hands-on training and development in Project Management and Business Development. Performance will be evaluated throughout the 90 days based on field performance, leadership, project management development, business development activity, professionalism, and achievement of established KPIs. 1. Field Operations — Lead Technician Initially, the successful candidate must remain fully capable of running production and leading restoration projects in the field.
Responsibilities include:
Lead water, mold, and fire restoration projects Direct and supervise technicians Equipment setup and removal Containment setup and maintenance Demolition and remediation Jobsite documentation Jobsite photography Moisture monitoring and drying documentation Daily job notes and project updates Customer communication Quality control Jobsite safety Equipment accountability Vehicle accountability Ensure technicians are following company procedures and project requirements Maintain professional and organized jobsites The Lead Technician is expected to be willing to work alongside the team and get their hands dirty , while also developing the leadership skills necessary to manage projects. 2. Project Management Development As training progresses, the candidate will increasingly take responsibility for project management functions.

Business Development A major component of this position will be developing relationships that create future opportunities for Rampart Restoration.
