This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the restoration industry and grow into a leadership and project management position. The right candidate will be comfortable working in the field, leading technicians, communicating with customers and industry professionals, developing referral relationships, and learning the business side of restoration. This is not a traditional technician position. We are looking for someone with the initiative, professionalism, and drive to eventually take ownership of restoration projects and help grow Rampart Restoration. Compensation During the First 90 Days The first 90 days will be a Leadership Development Period with a salary of $6,500 for the 90-day period . During this time, the candidate will work as a Lead Technician while receiving hands-on training and development in Project Management and Business Development. Performance will be evaluated throughout the 90 days based on field performance, leadership, project management development, business development activity, professionalism, and achievement of established KPIs. 1. Field Operations — Lead Technician Initially, the successful candidate must remain fully capable of running production and leading restoration projects in the field.

Responsibilities include:

Lead water, mold, and fire restoration projects Direct and supervise technicians Equipment setup and removal Containment setup and maintenance Demolition and remediation Jobsite documentation Jobsite photography Moisture monitoring and drying documentation Daily job notes and project updates Customer communication Quality control Jobsite safety Equipment accountability Vehicle accountability Ensure technicians are following company procedures and project requirements Maintain professional and organized jobsites The Lead Technician is expected to be willing to work alongside the team and get their hands dirty , while also developing the leadership skills necessary to manage projects. 2. Project Management Development As training progresses, the candidate will increasingly take responsibility for project management functions.

Responsibilities include:

Perform and/or assist with project inspections Develop project scopes Schedule crews Coordinate subcontractors Communicate with customers Communicate with insurance adjusters and property managers Review job documentation Track project costs Monitor labor hours Monitor equipment utilization Handle change orders Review invoices Close projects Collect Certificates of Completion (COCs) Maintain customer satisfaction Monitor project profitability Track and understand gross margin The goal is to develop the candidate's ability to take a project from initial inspection through completion and closeout. 3. Business Development A major component of this position will be developing relationships that create future opportunities for Rampart Restoration. The candidate will represent Rampart Restoration professionally within the community and establish relationships with potential referral partners, including: Property management offices Apartment and community managers Maintenance technicians and maintenance managers Plumbers Insurance agents Residential realtors Commercial realtors General contractors Roofers HVAC companies Electricians Business Development Activities The candidate will be expected to: Conduct in-person business visits Introduce Rampart Restoration and our services Distribute marketing materials Establish new professional relationships Follow up with potential referral partners Maintain existing relationships Identify new business opportunities Enter all contacts and activity into Rampart Restoration's pipeline/CRM Track follow-ups and relationship development Weekly Business Development Expectations 10-20 in-person business visits per week 5-10 follow-up calls per week All contacts and activities entered into Rampart Restoration's pipeline/CRM 4. SOP Development & Company Growth This position will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development of Rampart Restoration's internal systems.

Assist the Operations Manager with developing and completing SOPs from the Priority A SOP List Provide feedback based on field experience Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency Participate in company strategic planning and operational discussions Required Meetings 1 Strategic Meeting per month 1 Managers Meeting per week 1 Weekly Team Meeting 90-Day Performance Expectations The first 90 days are designed to determine whether the candidate is ready to take on increased responsibility within Rampart Restoration. By the end of the 90-Day Leadership Development Period, the candidate is expected to achieve: Business Development Establish 3 new lead sources from the Priority A Lead List Consistently complete required in-person business visits and follow-up calls Maintain accurate information in the Rampart Restoration pipeline/CRM Project Management Lead and/or manage 6 or more projects Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with customers, adjusters, property managers, technicians, and subcontractors Demonstrate an understanding of project costs, labor hours, equipment, change orders, invoices, and gross margin Successfully close projects and obtain required COCs SOP Development Complete the Priority A SOP List as assigned Leadership & Attendance Maintain 35-40 hours worked each week Demonstrate consistent leadership in the field Maintain professional communication and appearance Demonstrate accountability for equipment, vehicles, projects, and team members Show initiative without requiring constant direction Who We're Looking For This position requires a highly specific type of person.
