Job Description
American Standard Restoration is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water damage projects from initial inspection through completion. This role combines project management and sales. The successful candidate must be comfortable meeting customers, inspecting losses, signing jobs, creating scopes of work, and managing production teams. Responsibilities Respond to water damage and emergency service calls Perform inspections and determine scope of work Meet with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives Sell and secure mitigation projects Obtain signed work authorizations Create project scopes and coordinate production activities Manage technicians, subcontractors, and project timelines Ensure jobs are documented properly for billing and insurance purposes Maintain customer communication throughout the project Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum 2 years of mitigation project management experience Proven restoration industry experience required Proven ability to sell and close mitigation projects Strong understanding of water damage mitigation processes Experience managing crews and job production Familiarity with moisture mapping, drying principles, and IICRC standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Qualifications WRT, ASD, or other IICRC certifications Experience with Xactimate Experience with DASH or other restoration management software Compensation Competitive base salary Pay is dependent on experience Commission and bonus opportunities Company vehicle PTO Advancement opportunities
IMPORTANT
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior mitigation project management experience. Candidates without restoration industry experience will not be considered. Due to the nature of our work in occupied homes and sensitive facilities, applicants must successfully pass a background screening and meet company, customer, insurer, and vehicle insurance eligibility requirements. Certain criminal convictions may disqualify applicants depending on the position and job duties.Pay:
