You do not need to be an electrical expert to be successful here. Our sales reps and manufacturers handle the technical specifications. We need a manager who excels at process, organization, and follow-through. Your job is to take the information provided by the experts and ensure the project moves from start to finish without any dropped balls.

What You'll Be Doing Project Documentation:

Managing the flow of technical submittals between our manufacturers and the contractors for approval.

Order Entry:

Entering project orders into our system with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Logistics & Tracking:

Proactively tracking shipping dates and material status with factories to keep our customers informed.

Contractor Liaison:

Serving as the main point of contact for contractors regarding their order status and delivery timelines.

Internal Reporting:

Keeping our project worksheets updated so the team has a clear view of where every job stands.

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
