Role Description The Project Manager/Superintendent Roofing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vancouver, WA. This role oversees daily roofing operations, including coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring work is completed in line with safety regulations and company quality standards. The Superintendent monitors job progress, inspects work at various stages, and resolves on-site issues to keep projects on track. This position works closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures materials, equipment, and personnel are organized and utilized efficiently. The Superintendent also trains team members on best practices, promotes a safe work environment, and supports continuous improvement in field operations. Qualifications Proficiency in roofing operations, including roofs and waterproofing, with the ability to supervise installation, repair, and maintenance activities. Hands-on experience in carpentry and insulation related to roofing systems and building envelopes. Capability to work at height safely, with strong knowledge of fall protection, ladders, scaffolding, and roof access procedures. Previous experience in construction supervision or foreperson roles, preferably in roofing or related trades. Strong understanding of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and job site compliance requirements. Effective leadership, communication, and team coordination skills, with the ability to give clear directions and feedback. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and work orders, and maintain accurate project records. Valid driver's license and clean record to be able to drive company vehicle. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in roofing or construction management are beneficial.
