This role is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship, efficient scheduling, profitability, and an exceptional client experience. We are looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, solutions-focused, and committed to maintaining the high standards that define the Blaze brand. What You'll DoClient Communication & Leadership Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project Provide consistent updates and maintain clear communication with clients, trades, and internal teams Address concerns professionally and proactively Represent Blaze Restoration with confidence, professionalism, and integrity Project & Jobsite Management Oversee residential and commercial restoration/rebuild projects from start to completion Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Coordinate material deliveries and verify accuracy of orders Ensure work is completed according to Blaze quality standards Perform regular walkthroughs and quality control checks Document project progress with photos and detailed notes Scheduling & Subcontractor Coordination Build and maintain realistic project schedules Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects stay on timeline Monitor trade performance, sequencing, and workmanship Hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining strong working relationships Anticipate and resolve project issues before they impact timelines or budgets Documentation & Technology Use Buildertrend, CompanyCam, and Matterport daily for project management and documentation Upload progress photos, schedules, daily logs, and client communication consistently Track change orders, delays, and project updates accurately Maintain complete and organized project files What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in construction, restoration, remodeling, or project management preferred Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Work Environment & Travel Projects are located throughout Oregon and Washington Occasional weekend work may be required based on project timelines Some projects may require extended travel or overnight stays Growth Opportunities Blaze Restoration believes in promoting leaders who take ownership and deliver results. Team members who demonstrate consistency, accountability, and strong performance may advance into Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager roles.
