Project Manager - Leading Steel Fabricator 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Vancouver, WA ZSG 5 reviews A growing fabrication and construction organization is seeking a Project Manager with experience in structural steel, metal fabrication, or industrial construction environments. This role will oversee projects from kickoff through completion, managing schedules, procurement, shop coordination, change orders, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fabrication-driven environments and be comfortable coordinating between customers, engineering, detailing, production, and field operations. Experience with Tekla Structures is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage projects from award through closeout Coordinate schedules, materials, procurement, and production timelines Track budgets, labor, change orders, and project milestones Communicate with customers, vendors, engineering, and internal teams Review drawings, fabrication details, and project specifications Help drive project execution, quality, and on-time delivery Identify and resolve project issues proactively Qualifications Experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, fabrication, or construction project management Tekla Structures experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and customer coordination Knowledge of fabrication, welding, or steel construction processes is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a fast-paced team with strong project visibility, long-term growth potential, and a collaborative culture. #IND1
