Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Planning Manager to join a dynamic supply chain team in the agriculture and produce industry. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility, reporting directly to Chris Willett. The successful candidate will be at the center of demand and strategic planning operations, driving decisions that impact a complex global supply base with a primary focus on U.S. imports. The preferred location is Wenatchee, WA, approximately 2 hours east of Seattle. We are open to candidates in the broader Pacific Northwest or California, provided they are willing to travel periodically to Wenatchee to work closely with the team. Job Description Lead demand planning and strategic supply chain planning across a global supply base. Manage U.S. import operations (~90% of scope), with limited international exposure primarily in Chile and New Zealand. Develop and execute scenario planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. Oversee product mix management and scheduled delivery timelines. Analyze datasets and translate insights into actionable reports for key stakeholders. Serve as a cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
Essential:
Background in agriculture or produce industry (required). Proven experience in demand planning and strategic supply chain planning. Strong understanding of risk management and scenario planning. International supply chain exposure is a plus, though not required. Strong SAP experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Ability to work with complex datasets and present insights clearly. What We Offer Salary range:
USD 120,000-145,000
on annual (flexibility for the right candidate)
