Project Manager 2113 South Shear Court, Beloit, WI 53511 From $55,000 a year - Full-time From $55,000 a year - Full-time Total Exteriors is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Project Manager to oversee the production and completion of residential exterior projects. This position is responsible for managing roofing, siding, and gutter projects from the point they are sold through final completion, ensuring every job meets our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively solve problems in the field and maintain high standards of workmanship. Responsibilities Manage roofing, siding, and gutter projects after handoff from the sales team Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from start to completion Conduct job site visits and inspections throughout project execution Ensure crews are following Total Exteriors standards for workmanship, job site cleanliness, safety compliance and safe work practices Communicate project updates with customers, crews, and internal team members Identify and resolve job site issues quickly and efficiently Verify work completion and ensure projects meet company quality expectations Track project progress and maintain accurate records/documentation Address change orders, unforeseen issues, and customer concerns as needed Work closely with sales and office staff to ensure smooth project transitions and customer satisfaction Qualifications Must be able to consistently lift 80 lbs Previous experience in project management, construction management, or exterior remodeling preferred Knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, or residential construction strongly preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work both in the field and in an office environment Computer and mobile technology proficiency What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Supportive team environment
