Job Description
Entry-Level Project Organizer Position Summary We're looking for an organized, dependable person to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Organizer. In this role, you'll help keep customer projects organized from start to finish by working with our sales, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams. If you enjoy staying organized, helping customers, and learning new skills, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. What You'll Do Help organize customer orders and special projects Communicate with customers by phone and email about order updates Prepare project paperwork, shipping documents, and work orders Schedule and track projects to help keep them on time Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects move smoothly Create shipping labels and organize project files Assist customers with website accounts and basic online ordering questions Help resolve order or shipping issues with support from the team Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems Pitch in with other office and administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional communication skills Comfortable using a computer and learning new software Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to manage several tasks at once in a fast-paced office Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and dependable Experience Customer service, office, retail, or administrative experience is helpful but not required We provide on-the-job training Why You'll Enjoy This Role Variety in your daily work Opportunity to learn multiple areas of the business Supportive team environment
