full-time The Project Manager, a hybrid position (2 days on-site), is responsible for the efficient management of patient recruitment digital and social media campaigns from start to finish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountable for the establishment, communication, and adherence of project deadlines and milestones Implementation of design and content into content management tool Attention to detail in quality checking of materials, websites, and analytics Manage customer expectations and provide clear communication of project flow Facilitate and lead effective campaign discussions with clients and internal teams Develop strong relationships with clinical study sponsors, clinical research organizations and research study sites Effectively communicate and collaborate with the entire Splash team to collectively meet established deadlines on top priority campaigns
Qualifications:
3+ years project management experience Experience in digital and social media marketing preferred Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on quality Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent written, communication and customer service skills Proficiency in self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and team priorities and adjust as needed Assist in driving the continuous improvement of established processes and procedures Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
