Will lead projects from planning through completion. Will work with business partners to define project goals, timelines, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.

Coordinate project activities, track progress, manage risks and issues, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones

Coordinate work across business teams and project partners

Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies

Lead project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders

Maintain project documentation and action-item tracking

Support decision-making and help resolve project roadblocks

Ensure project work remains aligned with business goals and expected outcomes

Deliver projects in alignment to business requirements, specific success criteria, and stakeholder expectations.

Measure performance over time by utilizing data collection and analysis methodologies for a specific objective to create strategic and operational improvement, including setting and monitoring desired performance targets. Makes critical decisions based on key figures to improve business outlook and achieve performance targets.

Identify risks and conduct risk analysis, prioritizes risks based on level of severity, ensures appropriate reporting, monitoring and control of risks. Drives recommendations and consulting to work towards a resolution.
