Description Larson is seeking an experienced structural engineer with 15 or more years of experience for a key position that will serve as a mentor to early career engineers on our structural team. The ideal candidate will have design experience in a wide range of building project types (commercial, educational, health care, residential, and industrial). A self-starter with good communication skills is essential. Self-discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility required. This hybrid position can be based in either the Appleton or Wauwatosa office. Basic Qualifications 15 or more years of experience B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program Licensed Professional Engineer MS Office experience (Word and Excel) Self-motivated and strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Experience with Business Development and Networking Experience Leading Project Design teams and coordinating Client Communication Experience managing direct reports, including staff development Preferred Qualifications M.S. in Structural Engineering Licensed Structural Engineer Revit experience RISA experience Larson provides a challenging and empowered environment that encourages employee growth and provides flexibility for your active life outside of work.
