Hybrid / Primarily Field-Based About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Rebuild Project Manager to join an established restoration and construction team in the Kaukauna, Wisconsin area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on Project Manager who enjoys being in the field, working directly with customers and industry partners, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. This is not a traditional desk-based Project Manager position. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent in the field meeting with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders, as well as visiting active jobsites to monitor progress and ensure quality. The ideal candidate understands how to manage reconstruction projects while maintaining strong margins, staying on schedule, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You Will Do Oversee residential rebuild projects from initial planning through completion. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and ensure a positive overall experience. Establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring work remains on track. Partner closely with estimators to ensure projects are properly scoped and financially managed. Monitor project costs, production, and profitability throughout the job. Coordinate and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Conduct regular jobsite visits and quality control inspections. Communicate project status, changes, challenges, and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Identify potential issues early and make adjustments to keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure projects are completed according to established scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Follow applicable construction, restoration, OSHA, and safety standards. Assist field teams on jobsites when necessary. Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, insurance professionals, vendors, and business partners. Utilize company vehicles for approved business travel in accordance with company policy. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will be an organized, resourceful, and solutions oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with customers and trade partners. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or rebuild project management. Demonstrated ability to manage projects within established scope, budget, and timelines. Experience working with insurance related restoration projects is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Xactimate and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of construction processes and project financials. Knowledge of OSHA and applicable jobsite safety requirements. Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and develop teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Valid driver's license. What Makes This Opportunity Different? $80,000-$90,000 base salary + commission.
