What They're Looking For:
Solid background in HVAC service, project management, or estimating within the commercial or industrial mechanical industry Technical understanding of HVAC systems — rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and energy recovery systems Proven experience managing service work from proposal to completion Excellent organizational and communication skills with a client-first mindset Self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong follow-through and accountability Union or non-union backgrounds welcome; field experience a plus
