Project Coordinator

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support technology implementation projects for large retail environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful, on-time execution of onsite technology installations by coordinating materials, equipment, logistics, and subcontracted technicians. The Project Coordinator acts as the central point of communication between internal teams, vendors, and field technicians to ensure each project is fully prepared before work begins. This is an onsite role based in Middleton and is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. ASAP Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Planning Coordinate end-to-end logistics for technology implementation projects across retail locations Ensure all project components are prepared prior to installation dates, including: Hardware and devices (routers, switches, kiosks, POS systems, cameras, displays, TVs, etc.) Cabling and networking materials Specialized equipment (lifts, ladders, tools) Assigned field technicians and subcontractors Track project milestones, schedules, and dependencies to ensure installations stay on timeline Technician & Vendor Coordination Schedule and confirm subcontracted field technicians for onsite installation work Serve as a point of contact for technicians before, during, and after deployments Verify technicians have the correct documentation, access, tools, and instructions needed for each job Escalate issues or delays that may impact installation readiness or project timelines Operational Support & Communication Support both implementation projects and service-related requests tied to connectivity or installation issues Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to internal stakeholders Address last-minute changes or issues quickly to avoid delays and unproductive site visits Maintain organized records related to project details, work orders, and logistics Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with schedules, logistics, and coordination of people and materials Ability to adapt quickly to changes in project scope or timelines Prior experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, or technology support is a plus Exposure to networking, IT infrastructure, or technology deployments is helpful but not required Work Environment Office-based coordination role with regular interaction across teams Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High visibility impact on project success Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of
