This role will help support new builds and remodels as it relates to the technology systems in retail stores.

Highlights:

3 month contract that may extend or convert Pay rate: $20/hr

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Middleton, WI Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from the service queue for field reporting status or requests Enter updates in customer database and support field technician projects Close out completed service requests Answer and assist with complex or technical questions at times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in scheduling field technicians highly preferred but not required Basic knowledge of IT terminology to communicate with field technicians Strong communication skills- written and verbal Ability to meet tight deadlines and make changes on short notice to support priority jobs now for immediate consideration to the Project Coordinator position in Middleton, WI! #SPH1000 ...
