Job Description
This position reports to:
Order Execution Manager __ In this role you willbe responsible forordermanagement, customercommunication, problem resolution, and follow throughfor the Motion High Power division in Berlin, ensuringthe customer receives great customer service experience.You willbe responsibleforallactivitiesof the Order to Cashprocessandwork with other internal functions to provide responses to customer requestswhile alsoanticipatingfuture needs. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid in Berlin, WI (In office 1-3 days/week).
Your role and responsibilities:
Provide positive customer experience by delivering world class customer care and order management, taking ownership of key accounts Manageorder management relatedtransactions with a high degree of accuracy including but not limited to sales orders, project orders, debit/credit memos, payment disputes, and delivery schedules using SAP,SalesForce, and other tools asrequired. Respond to inquiries anddemonstratea sense of urgency when critical issues arise.Demonstrateabilityto influence action across functions as needed to serve the customer. Demonstrate an attitude of teamwork and emotional intelligence by supporting team members and building collaborative relationships across functionsto serve the customer better Improve existing customer relationships by forming deep understanding of client requirements and expectations Create and analyze reports as needed to support customers.
Demonstrate a willingness to understand reports/metrics in support of continuous improvements Develop creative and proactive solutions to day-to-day and event-based problems.

Qualifications for the role:
4+ years of experience in customer care, customer service or customer facing position. Proficiencywith an ERP system, SAP preferred. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach. Ability to resolve issues in a timeline manner with the ability to prioritize work. Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline. Experience with project coordination from order to delivery, coordinating with internal and external parties. Experience in supporting highly customized technical solutions in a low volume, high mix, manufacturing environment.
