Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to lead mass grading and earthwork projects from preconstruction through execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence on large-scale site development work. Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates for mass earthwork and grading projects Manage projects post-award, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost control Oversee self-performed earthwork and coordinate field operations Collaborate with operations, superintendents, and leadership on project strategy Support bid reviews, risk assessment, and project planning Qualifications 4+ years of experience estimating and/or managing mass earthwork projects Strong background in mass grading, site development, and earthwork Experience with HCSS and Agtek preferred (not required) Ability to manage projects from estimate through closeout Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment This is a leadership-oriented opportunity with real autonomy on complex earthwork projects.
