Project Manager - Commercial & Municipal Construction Wisconsin | Self-Perform General Contractor A local builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This organization is known for self-performing a significant portion of its work, providing greater control over quality, schedule, and project execution. With a diverse portfolio that includes, municipal, commercial, and specialty projects, this company offers the opportunity to lead complex and impactful projects while working alongside some of the industry's most respected construction professionals. Position Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in terms of budget, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
