Leadership opportunity Opportunity to mentor junior team members About Our Client My client is looking to hire a Director of Project Management. The prior director was recently promoted, and they need someone with leadership skills to help mentor junior PMs, ensure quality delivery, act as the face of the business to key clients, and work with leadership to develop operational and strategic improvements to the business. Their ideal candidate is currently a Senior Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

20 employees in office 40 field personnel Projects Commercial Healthcare clinics Light industrial Job Description Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the construction project life-cycle, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management. Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement in project management processes. The Successful Applicant Minimum 7 years experience as a Project Manage commercial leading commercial projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Ground up experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. Procore experience preferred What's on Offer $130K-$155K+ base salary (flexible for the right candidate) Car allowance 20 days PTO Bonus target equal to 20% of base salary Full health, dental, and vision benefits 401K with 4% employer match
