full-time Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading healthcare technology and security solutions company based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This organization specializes in RFID safety and security systems, real-time location services (RTLS), wireless communication solutions, and enterprise technologies utilized by healthcare facilities across the country. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and key stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Must-Haves 1-2+ years of Project Management experience Experience managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Experience developing project plans, timelines, resource allocation plans, and budgets Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Experience tracking project status, risks, and deliverables Ability to work onsite in Oak Creek, WI Nice-to-Haves Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field PMP Certification Experience within healthcare technology, wireless communications, security systems, RFID, RTLS, or related industries Experience supporting customer-facing technical projects
