Job Description

Quality Door & Hardware, a division of LYCON INC, is a Wisconsin based supplier of architectural doors, frames, finish hardware, and specialty products. With a strong emphasis on quality and customer service, we strive to exceed our customers' expectations by delivering top-notch products and services. We are seeking a highly organized Project Assistant to support our Project Management team through every phase of the project lifecycle. In this role, you will drive success by accurately managing project documentation, fostering strong communication with clients and vendors, and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers:
Support the seamless planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
Coordinate Logistics:
Manage schedules, allocate resources, and maintain critical project documentation.
Liaise Effectively:
Serve as a reliable central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide Administrative Support:
Handle project reporting and meeting coordination.
Track Progress:
Monitor key milestones and proactively identify and flag potential delays.
Requirements Experience:
Associate's degree OR 2+ years of experience in project coordination or construction documentation.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and standard project management software.
Core Skills:
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Work Style:
A proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
License:
