We're looking for a driven Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and is ready to lead mission‑critical projects that keep America's industrial infrastructure running. Why This Role Matters You'll be at the center of operations that power manufacturing, energy production, and large‑scale industrial facilities. Your leadership ensures projects stay safe, efficient, and on schedule—directly influencing client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. What You'll Do Lead industrial projects from kickoff to completion with precision and confidence. Build strong relationships with plant leaders and decision‑makers. Guide field crews and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results. Maintain project momentum through proactive planning, communication, and problem‑solving. Ensure every project meets strict safety, quality, and compliance standards. Drive operational excellence through smart budgeting, documentation, and reporting. What You Bring 5+ years of project management experience in industrial maintenance projects. Proven ability to manage crews, vendors, and high‑stakes industrial work. Strong communication skills and a talent for building trust with clients. Technical understanding of industrial drawings, specifications, and plant operations. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Willingness to travel to client sites. Bonus Points Experience working with industrial clients. PMP certification or engineering background.
