Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, WV, responsible for overseeing engineering, mechanical and civil site projects from initiation to completion. The role includes planning project scope, timelines, and resources; coordinating cross-functional teams; and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring project progress, handling expediting and logistics issues, organizing inspections, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The Project Manager will prepare status reports, lead meetings, mitigate risks, and address issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous process improvement, and alignment with Redfern's commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up of materials and services. Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to support quality assurance, compliance with standards, and site verification activities. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee transportation, scheduling, and on-site material flow. Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or civil works project environments is highly beneficial. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and common office tools; familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
