Job Description

An industry-leading electrical construction contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing Mission Critical team, delivering large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while working on some of the nation's most advanced data center developments.

What You'll Be DoingLead the full lifecycle of mission critical electrical construction projects.

Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and financial performance.

Oversee preconstruction activities including contract reviews, execution planning, and subcontractor management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Manage change orders, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and billing.

Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Monitor productivity, quality, material procurement, and project risks while implementing recovery plans where needed.

Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel.

Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For10+ years of electrical construction experience.5+ years managing large-scale construction projects and leading project teams.

Previous experience delivering mission critical, data center, industrial, or complex electrical infrastructure projects.

Strong commercial and financial management experience.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

PMP certification is advantageous but not required.
