• Auburn, AL 360 Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at one of our multifamily properties in Auburn, Alabama.

About Us 360 Management is a top-tier property management company committed to excellence and exceptional resident experiences across our diverse portfolio. The Role Oversee all property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial management. Lead your community through daily operations and peak turnover seasons while creating a vibrant resident experience. Key Responsibilities Manage property operations, budgets, and financial performance Drive leasing efforts and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals Build strong resident relationships and enhance satisfaction/retention Oversee vendor relationships and maintenance coordination Plan resident events and community engagement activities Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations Lead team through busy July/August turnover period

What You Bring Required:

3-5 years multifamily property management experience Property management software proficiency (Appfolio, Yardi, or similar) Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations Valid driver's license

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field 1-2 years supervisory experience CAM, ARM, or relevant certifications
