Full Job Description HOURS:
Various shifts to meet the needs of the Residential Home. The Residential Home Manager will participate in the agency's on-call schedule as assigned and maintain flexibility to ensure adequate staffing coverage and continuous operation of the residential program.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES
The Residential Home Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned residential home(s), including the health, safety, welfare, and rights of individuals served. The Home Manager serves as a working supervisor and is responsible for staffing, scheduling, staff supervision, documentation, household management, regulatory compliance, and ensuring quality services, adequate staffing coverage, and continuous operation Of the residential program. The Home Manager assists with the implementation and monitoring of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs) while promoting person-centered services and compliance with agency policies, ADMH regulations, and Medieaid Waiver requirements
