Rental Property Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a thorough understanding of Fair Housing regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction. Duties Manage all aspects of rental operations, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and property maintenance. Ensure compliance Fair Housing laws. Oversee the administrative functions related to real estate contracts and documentation. Utilize Appfolio software for property management tasks, including tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards. Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner to maintain positive relationships. Coordinate with multiple vendors for any necessary repairs or improvements to the properties. Maintain accurate files and records related to tenants, leases, and property management activities.
