Job Description

Position Overview The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties while maintaining strong communication with investors, tenants, vendors, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, capable of managing a high-volume workload, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must either:
Hold an active Alabama Real Estate License, OR Have prior property management experience with the willingness and ability to obtain an Alabama Real Estate License within 6 months of employment Candidates without a license may initially begin in an Assistant Property Manager role until licensing requirements are completed in accordance with Alabama law. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage a portfolio of approximately 150-200 residential properties Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs Communicate with tenants, investors, and vendors professionally and efficiently Screen rental applicants in accordance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Facilitate lease renewals and assist with lease enforcement Monitor rent collection and follow delinquency procedures Assist with eviction coordination when necessary Conduct property inspections before, during, and after tenancy Review and approve vendor invoices for payment processing Maintain accurate documentation and records within company software systems Work collaboratively with team members to support company operations and growth If you're ready to take the next step in your property management career, we want to hear from you!
