Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Your Mission As Community Manager / Leasing Manager, you will be the face of Solana at Perdido Point and the on-site leader responsible for driving occupancy, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and representing Zavala Property Management's commitment to excellence every single day. You will own the leasing process from first tour to signed lease, lead the on-site team, resolve resident issues with professionalism and urgency, and keep operations running smoothly while the property undergoes its transformation.
