Full-time ________________________________________ About the Opportunity Foshee Residential is hiring a Property Manager to lead operations at one of our communities in Montgomery, AL. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who can balance financial performance, team leadership, and community operations—while delivering a strong experience for residents and prospects alike. ________________________________________ What You'll Do Operations & Financial Performance Manage property financials, including budgeting and expense control Monitor performance and work toward occupancy and revenue goals Partner with leadership on strategic planning and reporting Team Leadership Supervise onsite staff including leasing, maintenance, and office teams Provide training, coaching, and performance management Foster a collaborative and professional team environment Leasing & Marketing Oversee marketing and leasing strategies Ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion Support efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels Maintenance & Community Oversight Coordinate maintenance priorities with the Regional Manager and Director of Maintenance Ensure the community maintains strong curb appeal and operational standards Evaluate property needs and recommend improvements Resident Experience Support resident engagement and retention initiatives Oversee community events and communication efforts Maintain a high standard of customer service ________________________________________ What We're Looking For 5+ years of property management experience with staff supervision High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong experience with budgeting and property operations Proficient in Microsoft Office OneSite experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid Driver's License required CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred ________________________________________ Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and communication Ability to navigate the community as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made ________________________________________ Why Join Foshee Residential BCBS medical and dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Referral program Opportunities for career growth ________________________________________ About Foshee Residential Foshee Residential is a Montgomery, AL-based multifamily management company serving communities across the Southeast. $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
