Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of property operations
  • Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with property leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants and processing rental applications
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
  • Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Assist in preparing and executing lease agreements and other property-related contracts
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Handle tenant complaints and conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
  • Knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite, is a plus
  • Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is desirable
  • Basic understanding of property management laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including
