120 hours (0-4 years of service), 160 hours (5+ years of service) Career Growth & Stability Advancement opportunities within a growing company Supportive leadership and team environment What You'll Do As the Leasing Manager, you will lead leasing efforts and help drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Tour prospective residents and professionally close leases Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts Maintain model apartments, amenities, and tour paths to company standards Follow up with leads and respond to prospects in a timely, professional manner Process applications, screenings, lease paperwork, and resident files accurately Assist with outreach marketing, resident events, and social media engagement Monitor leasing traffic and maintain accurate reports in property management software Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Previous apartment leasing experience required Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills Professional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Saturday availability required

Preferred:

Experience with Entrata or similar property management software Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, online marketing) Physical Requirements Ability to walk apartment communities, tour grounds, and climb stairs Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Apply Today!
