We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Property Manager/Maintenance coordinator to be the focal point for all maintenance requests. Position Overview Our maintenance coordinator is responsible for managing the full "work order cycle" across our portfolio - from triaging requests, to dispatching vendors, and tracking/verifying that the work is complete. Customer service plays a critical role between the owners, tenants and vendors. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, manage/triage requests, communicate with our valued owners, and some physical home evaluations. Work closely with vendors to ensure Quality and Timely work. Provide clear communication with our owners, residents and vendors Request multiple bids when necessary Follow up, follow up and follow up Provide after-hours coverage for emergencies Qualifications 1+ year of residential property management experience and/or maintenance coordination. Experience with property management software is preferred but not mandatory. Comprehending how customer service is key.
