Job Summary The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high occupancy, supervising staff, and fostering positive resident relations. This is a hands-on role requiring on-site presence and active engagement with staff and residents.
