Job Description

Vim Residential Management, LLC is looking for a Full-Time up to 40 hours a week, Property Manager for Nogales, AZ.
  • We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented, responsible and enthusiastic Property Manager.
  • Must be proficient in software applications and possess basic math skills. Good organizational skills, time management, communication and demonstrated quality customer service skills, and professional appearance.
  • Responsibilities include: posting rents, supervising other team players, conducting periodic inspections of units, renting of units, marketing, processing of move outs. Knowledge of USDA, Tax credit and HUD housing preferred, but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
