This role oversees sales, marketing, productionand overall business performance. Job Duties Lead and manage sales, marketing, administrative, and project teams. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and KPI performance. Conduct weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and team coaching. Oversee project execution, customer satisfaction, and quality control. Manage division budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Support insurance restoration projects, claims processes, and adjuster interactions. Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing team members. Competencies Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Business-minded with strong financial and operational awareness.
