Program Manager - Outpatient and Residential Program Trinity Integrated Healthcare Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Staff supervision Program management Operations management Managed care Medical scheduling Bachelor's degree Working with individuals with co-occurring disorders Behavioral health Full Job Description Trinity Integrated Healthcare is hiring a Program Manager to oversee daily operations of our Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Both programs serve adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a clinical program with structure, follow-through, and care for the people we serve. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of the BHRF and IOP programs Lead and support clinical and direct-care staff, including behavioral health technicians, case managers, and group facilitators Work closely with the Clinical Director and Administrator on programming, staffing, and quality of care Monitor admissions, discharges, scheduling, and census across both programs Maintain compliance with state licensing and AHCCCS standards Prepare for and respond to licensing inspections and payer audits Coordinate with outside providers, care coordinators, and managed care organizations Respond to incidents, member needs, and operational issues with sound judgment What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, with leadership or program management experience preferred Working knowledge of Arizona behavioral health licensing and AHCCCS standards Experience supervising staff in a residential, outpatient, or clinical setting Strong understanding of the SMI population and recovery-based care Clear communicator who can lead a team, hold people accountable, and stay organized under pressure Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered
