[ Click here for a listing of our communities.] Position Summary PB Bell is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the on-site team and oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The Community Manager is responsible for hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, and supervising on-site employees while ensuring operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional sales and customer service skills, a proven ability to drive occupancy and resident retention, and a passion for creating an outstanding living experience for residents. Key Responsibilities Showcase the community to prospective residents and maintain strong closing ratios Process and approve applications and coordinate move-ins Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site team members Direct marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activity Maintain excellent resident communication to promote retention and satisfaction Plan and execute resident events and community engagement activities Mediate resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Negotiate vendor pricing and oversee vendor relationships and services Manage supplies and parts inventory, including ordering and invoice processing Oversee and support property maintenance programs Monitor property performance, budgets, and financial goals Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws Foster a positive team culture focused on service excellence and operational success Skills & Requirements Previous Community Manager experience required Professional appearance and demeanor Experience with Yardi software preferred; must be tech-savvy Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and administrative skills Strong sales ability with excellent closing ratios Compensation & Benefits P.B.
