Position for commercial property manager. Office is in Scottsdale. The duties of the role include but are not limited to:

The use of Yardi to generate reports and view information about the property and tenants
The use of Microsoft Excel to produce budgets, and as a general tool in the day-to-day work of managing the property
Arranging, and overseeing construction on properties for: tenant improvements, capital improvements, site maintenance and repairs
Management of commercial associations
Depending on the property, some opportunities for leasing work if licensed
Processing invoices and producing monthly reports
Real Estate License is preferred, or willingness to earn one within six months of hiring
Must have reliable transportation
