Job Description
Property Management Company has an immediate opening for an Residential Property Manager Assistant. Working from the corporate office, you will assist Licensed Property Managers with a portfolio of rental homes, including assistance inspecting homes throughout Tucson, assigning work orders to vendors, scheduling repairs and getting quotes for required work, processing invoices, forms completion, filing and answering phones. Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills required. Attention to detail is a must, superior organization skills and commitment to client satisfaction. Minimum of one-year Admin. Assistant experience and a Real Estate license is required . Position has the ability to advance to Property Manager after sufficient training and experience.
