MOTIVATED COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PROPERTY MANAGER WITH EXPERTISE IN MANAGING OFFICE, RETAIL, AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES, FOCUSING ON COLLECTIONS, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR BIDDING, LEASING

The job requires overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, . The manager will,be working on rent collections, detailed information entry in Yardi, negotiating contracts; bidding contracts and pricing supplies. Working with tenant issues on a daily basis to solve problems and get rent collected is the primary function. As well as LEASING your vacant space. You will oversee a team of workers, both in the office with you, and outside at the properties. We currently have over 400 tenants. Understanding leases and their components—whether is is a NNN lease or a MG or FSG lease—calculating operating expense increases and CAM charges are basic to this job. A leadership personality with
