Benton Hot Springs is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and fun-loving individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This is a hands-on role that blends hospitality, teamwork, and the beauty of the outdoors. 🏡 About Us Located between the Sierra Nevada and White Mountains, Benton Hot Springs is a unique Bed & Breakfast hot springs destination surrounded by public lands. We're remote—our nearest full-service town is 40 miles away—but the setting is peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. 💼 Position Details

    Assistant Manager
      Type:
      Full time - year round. This is not a seasonal position
        Pay:
        $25.00 -$27.00/hour
          Housing:
          On-site housing available (suitable for 1-2 people) with utilities included with employment.

          • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
          • Proven ability to work effectively with others
          • Comfortable living and working in a rural setting
          • Valid driver's license required .
          • Demonstrated leadership and personal growth skills and supervision 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
          • Oversee daily operations and supervise staff in the manager's absence
          • Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth teamwork
          • Ensure high-quality guest service and accurate reservations
          • Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback
          • Clean rooms, houses, and hot tub sites, painting and yard work.
          • Monitor staff performance and work quality
          • Prepare or oversee breakfast service as needed
          • Use social media and basic computer systems effectively
          • Maintain accurate daily financial records
          • Respond to after-hours guest calls if living on-site
