Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

$75,000 - $95,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Property Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our operations and requires a proactive individual who can handle a fast-paced, diverse environment. You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our multifamily properties, including apartments and units, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and maximizing the financial performance of the property.
Responsibilities:
As a Property Manager, you will be expected to: 1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the properties, including move-ins, move-outs, and general day-to-day operations. 2. Use property management software such as Yardi, Appfolio, and Rent Manager to organize, track, and update property information. 3. Monitor and manage the performance of vendors to ensure quality services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. 4. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. 5. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the properties meet the company's standards and take corrective actions when necessary. 6. Prepare and manage the budget for the property, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Property Manager position will have the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, specifically with multifamily properties, apartments, and units. 2. Proficiency in property management software, including Yardi, Appfolio, and Rent Manager. 3. Proven experience managing move-ins and move-outs. 4. A strong track record of effectively managing vendors. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants. 6. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control. 7. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management. 8. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they escalate.
