We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Sober Living House Manager to oversee daily household operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining a well-run home that reflects excellence in hospitality and household management. Duties Coordinate and supervise all household activities. Plan and organize events or gatherings within the residence, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally. Manage household supplies inventory, order necessary items, and oversee property maintenance to keep everything in excellent condition. Serve as a personal assistant by handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing household calendars, and coordinating service providers. Oversee resident arrivals and departures and provide them with an orientation/housing agreements upon arrival Complete drug screenings and breathalyzers as needed Complete a daily report of the sober living Facilitate a weekly house meeting Supervise other household staff if applicable, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards of quality and timeliness. Maintain organizational systems for household documents, receipts, and schedules to streamline daily operations. Experience Proven experience in house management for sober livings Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
