Job Summary Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented professional to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am
- 6:00pm as full-time Site Manager at our busy self-storage facility on Hyde Court in Daly City, CA. Compensation $17.50 per hour, PLUS company-provided apartment and utilities included
- estimated at a value of roughly $2500 per month in Daly City 1.
5% commission of the gross revenue collected by the facility monthly above the threshold set at the time of hire 6.25% commission on all merchandise sales, paid monthly. This includes all locks, boxes, and packing supplies. Combined between the company-provided housing and separate commission components, we estimate that your extra earning are between the equivalent of $12
- 18 per hour additional
- bringing your potential combined equivalent compensation to between $29 and $35 per hour. Advertised pay ranges includes estimated cost of monthly housing and utilities. Responsibilities and Duties Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills as approved by management Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone, internet, and walk-in inquiries Shows, rents and cleans self storage units as well as actively selling and maintaining supplies of moving and packing materials Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner Controls delinquencies through telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis including sending out monthly invoices Cleans spaces as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed. Qualifications and Skills Customer service, retail sales, marketing, general office and telephone skills Good organizational skills General office functions and experiences required Ability to pay close attention to detail We value diversity at Security Public Storage.
