Why Job Seekers Love This Opportunity Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to lead and support thriving affordable housing communities Work with respected property management companies Expand your leadership and property management experience Build valuable expertise in Tax Credit, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing programs Many of our property management professionals have used opportunities like these to secure long-term roles with our client partners Opportunity to showcase your skills and leadership directly with onsite teams What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily community operations and resident services Support and guide onsite team members to achieve property goals Process certifications and recertifications for Tax Credit, LIHTC, Section 8, and Affordable Housing programs Manage resident files, lease administration, and compliance documentation Help ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained Coordinate with maintenance teams to address resident service requests Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and resident communications Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections Maintain accurate records, reports, and payroll documentation What It Takes to Succeed Must have 1+ year of Tax Credit (LIHTC), Affordable Housing, HUD, or Section 8 property management experience 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong customer service and resident relations skills Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance resident needs while enforcing community policies and procedures Preferred but Not Required College degree Additional affordable housing certifications Experience with compliance audits and reporting Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout apartment communities Ability to tour apartment homes and community amenities as needed Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods Ability to move throughout the property, including ascending and descending stairs when necessary
