Job Description

Southern CA based Commercial Real Estate Investment & Management firm has an opening in Glendale, CA. Unique opportunity to manage a Class A office building. This is an in-office work position that requires flexible hours, as well as occasional after-hours and weekend work depending on property emergencies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property management principles, leasing experience, construction management, and organization skills. This role requires a customer-focused attitude and the ability to effectively manage both facilities and tenant relationships. Must be able to report to supervisor on a daily basis and possess the following skills ( job duties to include, but not limited to ): Lease and market available spaces
  • including preparing marketing materials, updating websites, floor planning, tenant improvements, dealing with brokers & prospects. Preparation & execution of leases
  • include negotiating all lease terms & preparing documents for new leases & renewals. Customer Service and Tenant retention
  • servicing & keeping existing tenants Oversee Accounts Receivables
  • Rent collection Upkeep properties
  • perform regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and regulation compliance. Implement programs to correct problems and enhance the properties through maintenance and/or capital improvements. Sourcing
  • procuring and comparing bids for work from outside vendors & in-house staff. Project management
  • work with architects and contractors to timely and efficiently complete all projects, including building & tenant improvements Preparation of reports & accounting duties
  • including management & marketing reports, processing accounts payable, maintaining accurate & current rent roll in computer application.
Job Qualifications:
CA DRE license
  • Driver's license and auto insurance is required Commercial Property Management experience Office Leasing and Marketing experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Computer proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Property Management software, i.
e. Appfolio, Yardi, etc. Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written Analytical & math skills Good organizational skills; ability to set priorities & meet deadlines Ability to work independently & supervise assistant Reliable and responsible candidate who is genuinely motivated Must have ability to work independently without supervision and collaboratively when needed A background check will be a part of the hiring process. Starting base salary:
$85,000
